Member Accounts:
All members agree tpo register with names that are not blatantly offensive. Offensive names include, but are not limited to, racial slurs, "curse" words, impersonation of site admins, moderators or affiliates, explicit sexual references, etc.
All registrations must contain a valid e-mail address and be activated within 5 days of registration.
All members agree not to abuse the site by making duplicate accounts to evade penliations and understand that doing so may result in the termination of all of their accounts.
While the target demographic for this site is young adults, we do not deny users of any age from creating accounts. It is strongly reccommended that users under the age of 14 do so with parental assitance and consent.

Appropriate Behavior
Keeping in mind we do have younger members, all users are expected to conduct themselves appropriately.
Offensive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in account suspensions, statistic resets or account termination.
Extremely abusive users WILL be reported to their ISP's and may be subject to further legal action.
Examples of offensive behavior include, but are not limited to, racism, user bashing, spamming/flooding, cheating/attempted cheating, use of pronogaphy and references of such nature, excessive cussing, etc...
Appropriate behavior is expected in all interactive areas of the site.

Site Moderation
All areas of this site are subject to moderation. Site moderators are entrusted with several tasks revolving enforcement of these rules and regulations. Our moderation team has our full support and their decisions are final. If you break the rules, they have ever right to punish you. Site admins are not interested in petty disputes over trivial issues like user bans, and harassment of site admins, moderators or affiliates may result in further penalization of your account.

Interperetation of rules and regulations
The rules and regulations on this site are intended as guidelines to ensure the most positive and enjoyable experience on the site. Because it is impossible to encompass every circumstance that may occur on the site these rules, at times, may not apply. At other times, circumstances may result in action not expressed in these guidelines. Simply put, this is a privately owned and operated website. This is not the US legal system, and we will deal with matters in any way we deem neccesary to ensure the majority of our users have the best possible experience on this site.
